Summer is finally here

Well that’s it, summer has finally arrived and here at Full Blooms we’re massively excited. Who doesn’t love the sun being out and a shop full of colour, vibrancy and of course the beautiful smell of fresh cut flowers.

Here at Full Blooms we love the summer and we especially love delivering our beautiful bouquets of flowers to your family and friends in Liskeard and the surrounding area of South East Cornwall. We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again, we don’t just deliver flowers, we deliver happiness and part of that is dependent on the quality of the flowers. Fortunately for us, flowers from Full Blooms are always top notch and the very best quality available… they really are.

But not all flowers are the same. Picture the scenario, you’re on the way home from work and you stop off to get some petrol. While you’re there pouring half of your monthly salary into your petrol tank, you spot some flowers for sale in a bucket on the forecourt and you decide to do the right thing and take a bunch home. 

Here’s the problem. Don’t you think that the supermarket petrol station has taken enough money off you, why spend even more with them? How about you spend is wisely, with a local business where what you’ll get is a superior product. Yes, we admit it, it probably will be a tiny bit more expensive but isn’t your loved one worth it? Above anything else flowers from us at Full Blooms will undoubtedly last longer.   

It’s our belief, and we’re happy to test this theory, that our flowers actually offer significantly better value for money. What would you rather have, a bunch of ordinary supermarket tulips that cost £10 and last three days (£3.30 a day) or some of our superior, hand selected tulips that cost £12 and last for the week (£1.70 a day) … as they say, you do the maths.

Plus, let’s be honest, what does it actually say about you when you give someone supermarket flowers. It says, “I was thinking about you when I was picking up toilet cleaner, a few beers, a lump of cheese and a sliced loaf”. Wouldn’t it be much better if the flowers said, “I was thinking about you, so I made a special trip over to Full Blooms in Liskeard and brought home this amazing bouquet.” I know what most people would rather receive.
